I too had in mind what @Lyn Nielson recommended - at least that style. Many companies make some version of that. But you would have to be open to the wood color not being an exact match. I'm not much one for furniture sets so it wouldn't bother me to have the chairs and tables not of the same wood.

The wood doesn't have to exactly match--any light wood could work.

Check the Amish websites. They may be able to create a matching chair without upholstery.
