hard to see from the views you present. Im trying to see what the lighting situation is. the kitchen looks fine..... if you want new counter floor and willing to change cabinets i would save and replace everything.. two straight runs? a galley? not super expensive to redo at the right time and get everything coordinated. are those beams at the ceiling? I think the wood fits in....its back to the lighting issue for an assessment ....any change of bulbs....maybe an upgrade by an electrician.

I will say it’s easier to change your mind than it is to paint cabinets properly. It’s a lot of work. And you would not put new counters on those cabinets no matter the color.

You are right in thinking white is not going to look great in there. You would normally go for the background color of the stone, but that’s not an attractive stone.

Consider waiting and doing everything in the right order when you can.

DIY paint jobs often don't last long before chipping. Those cabinets don't look like they are in great condition, though hard to tell from the photo. Will you be replacing them when you get new stone and flooring? If the answer is yes, you will be replacing everything in a few years, then I find nothing wrong with trying to find a cabinet color that you can DIY paint now to get you through until a total redo. If that is the case, I'd think about what colors can bridge the stone and floor. Pure white doesn't seem right. Work with background colors from the stone. It is very hard to tell from your pictures.

Also not sure if it is the your camera, my screen, or your bulbs but everthing looks mighty yellow. If it is your bulbs, pay around with getting something not quite as warm.
