An exact drop-in replacement will indeed be hard to find. You will likely end up replacing the rails in the cabinet and the rails on the drawers. Without dimensions and better photos it is hard to see what will fit. You may end up attaching spacer blocks or other parts to fix to the cabinet back. Anyway, being there in person with a rail and drawer in hand is the only way to know. You could simply buy one set of a typical rail and see if it will work. See below for an inexpensive "roller" type, note the "socket" needed for cabinet back mounting. Of course you can get nicer, stronger, self and soft-close types. As for the strength of the cabinet back, has it been failing so far?

Have you taken one of the drawers to an actual lumberyard or full service hardware store? Pretty much guarantee you someone who knows what they are doing to can find you a replacement.

That was one of the main 4 reasons why we ended up gutting our previous kitchen. Lots of drawers with mediocre quality and crappy rails. Not worth it to do retrofits. We lived with the kitchen for 7 years and then gutted the whole thing.

We did the same as Chispa. We lived with ours for 13 years and then gutted the Kitchen and got much better cabinets & hardware and, most importantly - a far superior layout! (The drawer rails and fronts didn't start failing until about 6 or 7 years. It was a new build with builder-grade cabinets & counters.)

I suggest you find out how much it will cost to replace all the rails b/f you commit to doing it.

OP, are you wanting to fix just that one drawer where the plastic support for the rail has broken?

In that case, can you just find that plastic support, or a similar one? Keep the rail?

I am just wanting to replace the one rail and slide for *Now. I can’t find an exact replacement socket so I have to start all over. All the rails I find mounted to the side of the cabinet, whereas I need them to mount to the bottom of lip of the opening.

Does the socket have to be an “exact” replacement? Seems like you simply need something to support the back end of the rail. If it wiggles a bit side to side, the drawer may still work ok.

I'd try to McGyver a bracket. It shouldn't be too hard, and the drawer slide should keep it somewhat in position.

Either the drawer or the slide could have an identification of the manufacturer. If you identify the cabinets, call them and it's likely they can send you a couple replacements.
