I think you need a solid door, and a color. Or else your front door is just going to be lost in the mix - with all your windows and also the prominent white trim, plus the set back door placement, etc.

I think one idea might be a Tiffany blue.

Are you replacing a door + side lights with double doors - or do you have double doors currently?

I agree that it should be a solid door (or one with a couple windows like in the photo posted above).

Your shutters aren't sized correctly for any of your windows (they should cover the window - not be taller than the window + not be so skinny on a double window).

A door that has a color that "pops" would be much better than the style you have shown above - your entrance is dark and not very welcoming.

You definitely need some color in your landscaping beds + some containers on your porch. Your landscaping looks a little "old school" style with the types of bushes - they all look like they were just selected to be able to finish the beds out without thinking about how the beds would mature.

You have a very nice home - I wouldn't spend the $$ on the doors in your photo. Please post a photo with your existing door(s).

Too many window grids, too many dark shadows! You want your front door to stand out and be welcoming. Choose a color you like, then lighten it by a few shades to correct for the shady porch; you could even repeat the color with a pair of big ceramic pots. If you are afraid of color, even white would be an improvement over the black hole look.

Double doors have to be 36" each side to meet egress code. That doesn't look like that would be supported. Plus, you've turned a black hole into a blacker hole. That's a bad design decision.
