A lot of choices exist with toilet selection:

• floor mount pedestal with tank
• wall mount pedestal with tank
• floor mount pedestal with in-wall tank
• wall mount pedestal with in-wall tank
• floor squat insert/pedestal with wall mount tank

Usually you choose based on space, budget, and aesthetics. Wall mount excels in allowing floor cleaning, but in residential IMO that function is not a huge advantage. Tanks allow easy maintenance. Wall mount has limited choices. Floor squat will be talk of the neighborhood.

You do not want a commercial flush valve in residential unless you want to wake up the neighborhood, even if you had the water pressure needed.
