Hello,

I have an NXR Entree NK3611 gas range. The burners, convection fan, and broiler all work perfectly. I'm having issues with the oven. Sometimes it will heat up, then cool down to 100 degrees and stay there. Other times the temperature fluctuates a lot. For example, if I set it to 350 it will initially go up to 380, then it will drop to 300. At which point the oven light comes up, but the burner doesn't ignitre for another 1-2 minutes (temp at this point is 280). Then the temp will rise to 360, drop again to 300 (again igniting at around 280). It does this 3-4 times in a 10 minute period. Other times the oven light will come on but the temp will continue to decrease. Does anyone have any advice on how to troubleshoot this?
