My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Three more ffo……so great to see these.

I am thrilled with the three new blooms today.

Heavenly Breezes amazed me today….it has 4’ scapes, rare when stats match here, big bloom.


First bloom on Undercurrent. I moved it last fall and am thrilled it has not hurt the performance. Looks like it will do better than last season.


First bloom on my huge clump of Mary Todd and its a poly bloom. First time I have seen that on this plant in the thirty years it has been here.
