Really go shopping a robot cannot sit for you. If you sat on them all use your own brain to choose one . Waht do you want from us ? I do not even know your style or where it is going in your house . Sorry but no way in hell would I let a robot choose my decor or anythng else . AI has great potential for good but for sure not for real design to suit my clients .

AI is influenced by ads and other garbage that you don't know about. Nothing beats going to a furniture store and sitting on sofas. We have Ethan Allen and they've held up very well. Much better than our Pottery Barn stools.

The OP says "WE"VE TESTED ALL BUT LEE IN PERSON".

You'd probably be better off asking about the sofa you prefer or an open-ended question about sofas. There's a lot of information there, much of it very specific. Does customization matter to you? How many of us know what the warranties are? The price range is kind of meaningless and who knows what those $s mean? What's your budget?

In short, your question is not likely to get an answer.

I think you are reading too much into this. For instance, I expected responses like , "Oh, I like Lee because they are made in XXXX". Or "Wesley Hall has the nicest fabric selections".

    Oh well.

The best thing is to identify your priorities , compare the pros and cons of each and you’ll be able to narrow down by process of elimination.

When we finally decided on our couch it was the construction, comfort and quality. We also had a preferred design in mind and wanted Canadian made, making our final decision much easier.

So you're going to base your selection on the construction?

The styles created by those companies are not comparable.

You're not considering any of the private label seating companies that are offered by Crate & Barrel, Pottery Barn, WS Home, Arhaus? That would be a mistake IMO.

It depends on where you are located but out west Cisco Bros is carried by many stores instead of the lines you have listed which are from the North Carolina area.

There are RH, PB, Wayfair and C&B all made to different specs in the same factory in China. No rep for quality because the manufacturer is unnamed this year. What are the wear specs of the fabric? Cleanability? Seat cushion construction, core and wrap. Pocketed springs, polyurethane foam or latex, natural material wrapping.

Beverly, we are looking for a traditional sofa, two cushion with round arms and specific length, depth and seat height.

Every manufacturer on the list has something that fit the bill.

We are currently in NC which is why the list in NC centric.

Is there an Interior Design near you? I have one and my daughter just purchased one. We just love them. I have had mine for 10 years. Still love it. I'd call them semi-custom because you can choose so much, I went with a white two cushion, tight back with black legs on brass castors.

Daughter went with their velvet Sloan in Nomad and decided a slipcover would serve her best.

JUDY, those look really nice and almost fit the bill. Unfortunately, I'm looking for a fabric with just a little bit of pattern and all they have are stripes.

Don't assume that the big retailers all get their sofas from China. For years there have been privately owned companies in North Carolina that build sofas for Crate & Barrel and others. McCreary Modern is one of them. Additionally, Crate & Barrel has purchased one of the many upholstery workshops that went out of business in the last few years to just do work for C&B

I don't have enough experience with many of those brands to answer the question you are asking. Just wanted to note that to me construction quality is sustainability. If it lasts, that is the best sustainable practice around. Plus, you are in NC and most of these are made in NC. Bonus.

So you're going to base your selection on the construction?

@BeverlyFLADeziner - That is the most important criteria for me. If I sit on a sofa and it is comfortable but crappy construction, I'm not going to buy it.

If you sat on all then use your brain not some robot

Patricia, I am researching. How is that not using my brain?

Do you have any info or insight about the sofa brands or are you just in this thread to post insults?
