I have never changed appliance handles so can't help there but I have also never had a kitchen pull or knob fail and I sure did not always have the pricey ones .. But of course I never have done any but stainless so maybe brass is different. My advice get some samples and see what might be the difference .

Rejuvenation gets it's price point from great marketing, Williams Sonoma etc.

Emtek is my go to.

I have not heard of Tradition Hardware and I cannot speak to Rejuvenation hardware. I live near the Rejuv Flagship Manhattan store and have gone in to shop for other items. Their lighting, for example, feels like cheap crap. I think they are all about the marketing and not all about quality. I don't know if the same holds true for their hardware. If you can find something you like elsewhere for less, I'd give it a try. If Tradition doesn't have samples, but one knob and see how it feels.
