I would match the top line of the tile that lines the shower for the top of the mirrors.

Thank you Beverly! But we are enlarging our shower and putting tile all the way to the ceiling and continuing it to the back wall of the tub. I’m also reading where your mirror should be at least 2” above the top of your faucet. Seems so high since our faucets are 8.5” tall. Eye level for sconces would be on the lolow side since I’m only 5’1”

Cont….so the scale of the sconces and a tall mirror might be off. Your thoughts?

I'd keep the mirrors you have now -- but frame them. They're already a perfect size for your vanities, and framing will elevate the look.

I like the current height, as it + the light fixtures = the door height. If you're adding side-sconces, I'd keep the wide mirrors /have the sconces come through the mirrors.

Faucets in the vanity are (obviously) the most common, but they're also trouble to clean. Consider a wall-mounted faucet over your sink.
