Help with my bathroom design!

I have a difficult layout of a bathroom I need to remodel. It’s my master bathroom and it has angled walls. as you can see I took the shower wall down and found

a bit more space behide the wall. I was going to expand the shower taking up some of that space and removing the sink pipe but now im having second thoughts because I also need some storage in this bathroom and would like to know where to add it. I‘m considering swapping the shower and toile but fear that would be a much larger job because I’ll have to move the entrence door more to the sink side to make the shower larger. I’m going to be in this house for many years and want to get this bathroom layout right the first time. Please help me figure this out so i can get my shower put back together soon.

Are you trying to salvage the floor and other pieces?

Is this your only full bath? If you gutted the room you could get a better idea of how you can create more space. Without knowing what other utilities are behind the finished walls, you can't rearrange anything. I'll assume you want to keep all plumbing in the same locations??? Is this on the ground floor or 2nd floor?

Hello Lyn, the floor is just linoleum and the subfloor underneath. We have an unfinished basement so getting to the plumbing wont be a problem. I had gotten the double sink vanity for this space but now im thinking a custom made for the space would work better.

I want to keep most of the walls in place but will move if this helps expand my shower which is my main goal. I just need help with finding the best layout for this space.

I need to see how this space relates to the rooms next to it. That helps understand the reason for this very oddly shaped room . Waht are the green lines showing?I seea ton of wasted space but with no way to understand where this is in the home it is impossible to help IMO
