Your first thought is what you should do ....doors same color as the walls ...more up to date .

I'm not good with colors lol.
Perhaps painting the door and frame with Sand Dollar might make it look more uniform? Or maybe just put on a fresh new coat of white paint on the doors. I guess I'm asking which would be more aesthetically pleasing?

same color as the walls, especially since you don't have to worry about any base trim.

Blend with the wall color for a modern feel, less contrast the better, for me.

Thank you for your comment. I will paint the doors and the frame the same color as the walls so everything blends in. Sometimes it takes a pair of experienced eyes to come up with a solution.! lol

Hi Bob -- Remember " It's only paint " If the wall color does not suit your taste , then paint back to white or do another color that goes with your interior . Live with it for 3 weeks , then decide .

I like the wall color. I just didn't know if I should paint the white door and frame the same color as the walls so it blends in.

The base moulding near the doors is the same color as the walls on that side, but another wall is a different color and the base mouldings are the color of that wall. Since I don't have any color sense, I hired an interior decorator. I told her I wanted Southwestern type colors since I live in Arizona. She selected several different colors for each room.In hindsight I should have kept the same colors but anyway, my house is unique. Lol

I like all doors the same color, a bright white, and same for baseboards and crown moldings. Looks unifying and consistent, avoids different colors meeting midway down a baseboard or at trim-door junction, only need to stock one color of trim paint, makes it simple to walk around and touch up all the trim. Then every room is a different color, from deep red to ochre to cobalt blue.
