First, we need to make sure we understand that a raised bed is NOT the same as a container (unless it has a bottom). And because it is not a container, a container potting mix is not your best choice. Ordinary mineral based garden soil, enhanced by a small portion of organic matter/compost or what most folks work with in their standard garden soil. Nothing fancy required.

Second, the bark is really unnecessary although it will provide some aeration to a heavy topsoil. If included as part of your mix - and it's size is not critical - it will tie up nitrogen until it decomposes. You can offset that with some high N fertilizer, like bone, feather or alfalfa meal if you want to go organic, or urea.

And unless you are trying to get a specific low pH, pick some other organic matter than the peat moss. Compost or composted manure is a better choice.

It's fine, I wouldn't worry about it. It will eventually decompose and benefit the soil.
