No arched mirror please . For me I would be checking out how much it would cost to make anther room on top of this one.. We do need to see the whole space but not one more arched anything in there . It also would be good to do a to scale floor plan with allmeasurements clearly marked.

IMO an arched mirror might not be the best choice. You already have multiple arched windows. An arched mirror would be overkill. Also, mirrors need to reflect something interesting in order to make them worthwhile. Would really suggest artwork above your fireplace instead.

No to the TV over the fireplace. It will have to be much smaller than the existing TV to fit and then no one will be able to see the image because it's too small.

Adding wood panels to link the bottom windows to the upper windows could be a very nice feature for the room.

--Why even consider doing over the fireplace? An art work will enhance it. If you have the money for that, then you have the money to add white wood shelves the height of the mantel for a reading corner on the left and curated shelves on the right instead of the too-small curio shelf which looks miniscule in the big room with such a huge sofa. Go for this feeling though your shelves don't need to go higher than the mantel. Small things: Your mantel can take more substantial items than the delicate vases you show. Look for handscrafted wood and pottery pieces.
