Just finished sewing on the binding! I did another flange binding because I wanted to separate the binding from the quilt patches along the edge.

I really lucked out on the backing. I always have to piece backings. When I was going through my flannel stash looking for something suitable, I pulled this piece out. Imagine my surprise when I found it was 60” wide, no piecing needed. I cannot remember where I bought this but I did buy a goodly amount, probably enough for two more of these lap sized quilts. It might have been Joann’s.

I am ashamed and embarrassed that this is only my third quilt this year.
