A year ago, construction workers built our house. When they applied the floor waterproofing (bitumen + foil), the 5 cm concrete screed was poured the same day or the following day (I suspect this might be causing the issue). Almost a year has passed, and we can still smell the bitumen (kind of like glue). What should I do?
