Master bathroom design

I’m looking for ideas to redesign this space. I’m thinking of a double vanity outside of this room (may be able to see from the first picture) which is facing the walk in closets, but not sure if that is a good idea. the toilet closet also has a bidet bowl opposite side inside that I want to remove, potentially removing the walls of the toilet closet or bring to half height, so its not so dark and claustrophobic, the shower feels like a hole, thinking of putting two glass sides to make it feel better. looking to spend spend about 10-15k to update but not a complete makeover at the moment. Won’t move the tub/jaccuzzj, just replace with a working one. need towel warmer somewhere. dont know if i need a single vanity instead of the sink and where to place it best. Appreciate your ideas!!

so much wasted space with the steps to the bath.

Yes, glass walls, and open the water closet.

I think that exhausts the budget, with the careful clean up and finish work required.

Have you found a contractor and gotten an estimate?

The floor plan needs ALL dimensions. Grab graph paper, a pencil and a tape measure if necessary but that is step #1.

Hate to tell you but you are already wayyyy over budget. Like you, I took out the jetted tub, couldn't give it away for free, nobody wants them any more. If you remove the steps or the bidet you probably have to replace all the flooring, you don't want to go there unless you are doing the whole bathroom. I think focusing on a good lighting plan for the shower and wc would help a lot. Are you saying there is a double vanity in the adjoining room plus the pedestal sink in this room? I haven't seen that before.

are you saying materials costs more than 15k? single vanity, tub, glass door shower with tiles for the shower?

Maryam - it would make more sense to do some little lighting updates now (if you want) - but save most of the $ you have to put towards a small update now - and instead save it to put towards a complete renovation.

No materials won't, but add labor to that and surely it will.

yes, the labor will be 15-20k alone but I have got a combo price from my contractor to do a whole bunch of things including paint

where would i find quality vanities that dont break the bank? so far my only option is costco, since I can trust quality online and reasonable price.

You appear to have lots of natural light in the tub area. I would look at the light in the shower ceiling and in the wc to make them bright but not blinding.
