My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Is a dimmer make or break for a ceiling fan?

I'm trying to decide between two ceiling fans. One has a higher CFM but no dimming on the light.

The other's CFM isn't as high, but the light is dimmable.
