This is a new build. The house is one level and will be oriented to the West ( top of page) and South ( left hand side) for big Mountain View’s on 1.5 acres. We are approaching this as our home to age in as we are now grandparents and empty nesters. We are at the beginning of the process and the Builder has an in house CAD designer we are working with. I have specifically asked for a built in you see on this draft. It is identical to what I have now in my current home with cabinets and drawers that I use for all of our bathroom essentials as well as hidden charging stations. I asked for lots of windows for views and for light.

One thing I am asking will be to remove the door to the toilet room as there are no sight lines that I see.
