As far as the lighting, if you are going for warm, you can change the bulbs. As it is now, it is rather cool looking.

Thanks for your 2 sense kendrah, this home was not a cheap flip btw; however very economical for a middle class family. This home went under contract only after 3 days live on the market, it’s been sold for 5 months now and the family loves it. Every market is different. Just giving Houzz my contribution.

was the description AI ? there is no color and the cabinets are not sleek but anyway who cares ....updated appliances counts for something.....couldnt bother to get a slab of granite and put up a backsplash??? depends on the return you care to receive. anything is possible.

Herb, The walls are a shade of gray, if I recall that is a color. Back splash and Granite countertops are used on much higher price point projects. This home is in a community that does not reach buyers with that type of budget. The buyers loved it, and in-fact we used this same platform on 2 other homes that has since sold. We have a system that works; and meets the needs of our market.

Herb, high end remodels / new construction vs creating affordable homes will never compare. My project is just to shed light and give inspiration to someone whos looking to update a kitchen and want to do it affordable. I get it, i could have invested 50k into this kitchen and over priced it, but buyers cant afford it. thanks for your input.

next time try to suggest [are you the planner?] at least one good stack of drawers. Maybe two stacks. the bending to reach in the lowers is past its time. people will soon be frustrated with the actual usage of the storage and it is expensive to tear everything out that was recently done. this is a point about being conscientious about current kitchen functions . You dont have to get high end painted cabinets to find standard drawers available in many economical cabinet lines now. I dont know about Shedding light and giving inspiration as your trade....???......I do know that people come here and have a builder grade kitchen that didnt have drawers and lacked in other areas so they have to alter or renovate.....

You’d’ve been better off putting in IKEA cabs. At least then, the buyer of your cheap flip would have a kitchen with modern cabinets, including the convenience of drawer stacks, and soft close doors and drawers.

Out of date by 5 years already. And typically flipper dysfunctional at that.
