mystery tree at the Melbourne Botanic Garden

I took this pic in 2016. I only recently noticed how striking the tree is. It of course resembles a Ginkgo, but I've never seen one that looks quite like this. Even if you put Ginkgo pendula into google images, you don't get something like this.

Could this be a Chilean Mayten tree?
