Kitchen backsplash help

Hi.. We have an older 48 range wolf stove that needs to be replacement . Unfortunately when we remodel our house 6 years ago they didn’t put the backsplash all the way down the wall. The wolf stove has stainless steel rise ( 20in h) . We can’t find the backsplash anywhere. It seems wolf and Viking are the only ranges with Stainles steal rises 20in. We don’t want to spend 15,000 on a new stove and hoping to replace with a cheaper 48in range. The problem is we don’t have backsplash. Any ideas or any affordable gas ranges with rises? Anyone have this tile or know where to find? The pictures are of the stove that needs to be replaced and the tile.
