You need to give more detail plus post a picture so that we see your entire kitchen, all 4 walls.

I have a decent sized interior townhome kitchen. Can ceiling lights, undercabinet strip LEDs, and pendants. All on dimmers.

I would consider a pastel yellow paint color to give the impression of sunlight. A soft creamy yellow so it recedes, a color that does not pop.

Under cabinet lighting would make a difference, there are many DIY options.

Plants that grow in indoor light..a fern, pothos, etc.

Earthy terracotta and wooden accessories, herbal prints.

What are you asking about? Some people may guess, but what do you want to know about?

Lets say you own this home. A fabulous way to get natural light in an inside room is a sky light/sola tube.

A question with NO accurate answer, given we can't see your kitchen. Post jpegs, all angles.....and add "I would like........."

    What?

    A different kitchen ?

More light in the kitchen you have?

    Where to add a window?

If there is no window I would certainly make sure there is plenty of lighting in the ceiling.

This is a duplicate post too.

Sometimes a mirror placed over the sink can solve the issue of no window in a kitchen.

Even with windows, you need a led lighting plan. Task lighting over work zones of counters, range and sink. Ambient lighting to light the overall space and decorative if you wish. Recessed 4" cans and undercabinet led strips under the upper cabinets.

Yes and it's only been 2 days. I have certainly been thanked by the OP for my input.

I had one OP saying they didn't even know they could respond. To say they are not deserving of answers is silly.

The OP can post more photos and info in here comments if they need to.

BUT, all she's doing is occasionally "thanking" and "liking" messages. She's not responding in any way to the many questions being asked nor is she providing any new information. Two days is plenty of time to respond in some way.

And, of course, she's only thanking some people - whether you like the response or not, many have taken time to respond and try to pull info out of her -- even leading her along.

We STILL don't know what her question is...
