My poor Sedum have taken a hit this fall! Normally, they are happy and carefree. Is this Gray mold? I do not water them. In Minnesota we have had an unusually hot, extended fall. (80’s and 90’s)

Should I spray with fungicide? Cut them down and dispose of the plant? Do I need to do anything with the soil?
