ASAP advice-Window grids?!?

We need to tell our window guy and builder ASAP what we want for windows. i would like some grids but not sure what will look right. attaching photo of similar house. modern capecod. will have a tri-light wooden craftsman door. thought four over four grids but might be too heavy…then thought four grids on top pane but the bottom clear/no grid. but what about the dormer windows? and the bedroom window above garage?

Cute house! I'm not a pro but I imagine the more modern appeal would not be 4 over 4 grids, but rather the 4-square style for all windows. Here's an example.

No grids in my opinion. The windows are not overly large and it will end up looking busy.

thank you everyone! I typically am drawn towards more traditional and colonial homes- This was the build plan that our builder could do in our price range and on the lot size/shape we have. I thought grids might make it appear softer but it seems the majority is to not have any grids. so interesting!
