Porcelain wood look tile I assume so they will need to be removed before doing new tile . The wter will get on the new tiles , yes a bit of a slope will help but not 100% I dislike wood look tile usually so my vote bluestone and do that and the stepping stones too.

I doubt anyone will notice. I'd spend my money on something else.

It's difficult to tell how bad your current tile looks (it doesn't look that stained/bad on my monitor) - however, I assume that it must bother you quite a bit if you are contemplating this project.

Your planters seem to be partly to blame for the water stains on the tile. Try to have the planters placed on feet/legs so you can rinse underneath and have air circulation.

Beautiful home! The Bluestone would be lovely. Your double door/ windows and beautiful railing are outstanding touches.

Seems one ought to have a way for water to move off of flooring that is outside. Which is why it is often sloped or gapped or porous. Choose wisely the installation as well as the product you use.

I always prefer natural materials if possible. And I also love bluestone. But yes deal with the reason that the water isn't draining off before you install new material.
