Brassna is the worst online company ever! Horrible customer service! I ordered a thermostatic shower system with a handheld for over $700. It only came with a diverter to switch between the handheld and the shower head, but no way to set the temperature and leave it. I emailed back and forth with them multiple times and they refused to accept responsibility for not sending me what I ordered. They insisted it was a fully functional thermostatic system. When they finally agreed to let me return it, they told me i had to pay for return shipping. They failed to tell me that I would have to return it to Morocco! I went to the post office and they told me it would be $135 to send it back. I tried calling Brassna dozens of times and never got through to anyone. I finally paid the $135 and shipped it back. After they received it, i had to call them a dozen more times to get ahold of someone about my refund. I had to create a paypal account so they could send my refund via paypal. After that I still had to spend more than 20 minutes on an international call, that cost me $54 to get my refund issued. From purchase to time of refund issue was over three months. Worst company EVER! DO NOT BUY FROM BRASSNA.
