IMO a small space requires some constraint with too many choices. I like the same tile for bathroom floor and shower walls my choice usually 12 x24 porcealin in a nice neutral shade that looks good to you. Then that same tile only smaller for shower floor. This allows a neutral background to make changes in wall color accessories very easy down the road . It also has fewer grout lines so easier to keep clean IMO tiny drawers in a cabinet are useless Ikea does a very nice vanity with larger drawers even where the plumbing is . I do not love sconces but the simple ones that are vertical are better than the other IMO with either you need also overhead lighting all bulbs LED 4000K since IMO a bathroom like a kitchen is like an operating room for makeup in the bathroom and to see food in the kitchen

My son’s bathroom is quite small and has vertical stacked tile in the shower and I love it. He has the same tile floor in the main part in the shower base too and I think that makes it look cohesive. My vote is for your upper choices.

I would pick the top option. tile is great and simple, the rectangular mirror too.
