Based on your description alone, ”We are very rough on our furniture so need practical easy to clean.” black is my choice for you. A side note, I also prefer the kitchen counter array shown with the white stools 🤣

It's been my experience that the blue from blue jeans transfers on the white pleather material.

I agree with Clyde. Tan is what the kitchen needs in terms of color. You have plenty of black and white.

White is not good in terms of your cleaning needs. Black seems too harsh for the space. It would be helpful to see the room it is open to. Clyde's tan or another brown leather seem like a winner.

Without knowing the other rooms’ styles, wood tones/colors (other than black and brown leather) are there other options that would be complementary to all three areas. Fyi: of the two, I voted black given your comment around wear and tear and also to add more warmth/interest.

Light wood would work well with the flooring (you can easily change the fabric in these).

@Beverly …. yes , jeans, especially the dark ones, transfer &/stain leather also. My jeans stained my very pale gray leather in my car so badly even car detailers couldn’t get the stains out. My current car has black, lol.

We also made the mistake of buying ivory boucle sofas. No sitting on those with jeans either!
