My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Odd shaped room with weird flow

No idea what to do with this room. Front inward swinging door in the bottom left, hallway to the kitchen in the top left and a staircase to the second floor in the top right. Just want a sitting room/entry way. I can put all the dimensions in but no matter what I do I can't get things to feel right. We haven't bought any furniture so very open to suggestions
