Most durable bathroom window treatment solutions?

Dear all, my mother-in-law's (95 years old) bathroom window blind has been heavily used every day (for ventilation etc.) for the past 2-3 years. I remember that we replaced this window blinds at the same time with another two window blinds in the family room. However, the other two window blinds are still in great shape, but this bathroom window blind (due to heavy use - need to adjust and move ups and downs several times a day, etc.), is starting to falling apart. Question - what would be a more durable window treatment option for bathroom windows? Any recommendation or thoughts? Thanks again!

My only recommendation is find out what she likes then buy it!

I would buy the same type so they all match, and plan on replacing one every couple of years.

If it's just the cords that are worn out and tearing apart, you can buy replacement cords from most reputable blind manufacturers, and it is generally much cheaper than replacing the whole blind.

Do you need a blind? looks like there’s a window film, could that be enough privacy?

These types of blinds aren't meant to be fully opened/closed every day, they are designed to just have the slats tilted to control the light/privacy.

The windows are frosted. Do you need blinds at all?

Another option would be cellular shades and with the top-down/bottom-up option they could be left with the lower part of the window covered and the upper part exposed. No need to open/close all day long.
