Where have you seen American Mistletoe?

I went to SE Virginia for Thanksgiving...I might have a report about some trees I saw later on. But I saw a lot of Mistletoe in Virginia Beach, and it occurred to me, I've only ever seen it southeast of Richmond, Virginia. Yet range maps show it at least reaching Pennsylvania. It must be very, very rare up here. But even in the south it seems very spotty. On my spring trip to Charlotte and Raleigh, I don't remember spotting it anywhere, but of course wasn't looking for it. I do remember seeing it a couple years earlier when I drove from Florida back to Maryland.

Wondering where else it has been seen? I figure @sam_md and @Dave in NoVA • N. Virginia • zone 7A might have some insight into this and hope to hear from them!

Tree full of it in the parking lot of McDonald Garden Center in VA Beach...

West coasters feel free to chime in about the prevalence of your Phoradendron villosum. I don't remember seeing it; what I definitely remember seeing in coastal California is the crazy lichen Ramalina menziesii, that so resembles Spanish moss, at least superficially.
