I would get rid of the mirror and go with one that is taller. Maybe the same width as your current glass ( not the frame ) and have a thin frame on it. Then get a narrower fixture and move it up higher. Lean into the height of the room a bit.

If that is a 36" vanity, you should be able to get a taller, skinnier mirror and put sconces on the sides instead of a fixture across the top. The lighting from sconces is so much better than an overhead fixture. Without seeing the tile I can't be sure of which paint color to recommend, but unless you like the dark color, look at whites and off whites to brighten things up.

I'd consider painting the vanity base the same 'Shaker Beige'

I'd replace all the black or oil rubbed bronze fixtures with Brass for a softer look.

Definitely get a taller mirror and have a new light fixture mounted higher up. For a lighter look, don't do a mirror with a stained wood frame.

I see aw all color that does not work with the counter what was the reason for beige at all? Why is the mirror not centered on the vanity and the light too Size of vanity same as cabinet width then the light centered on that mirror I do not think a taller mirror is the answer I think thta would only call attention to that very high ceiling.. Nice chrome fixtures a chrome linear light or bath bar and a wall color that leans a bit gray would be better with the counter

I was planning to paint same as bedroom which is shaker beige. I think the bathroom was Tyler Taupe. Actually the mirror is off by an inch and lights are centered. . Hopefully this picture shows it better.

An inch or a foot it is off. I never think beige is aneutral so maybe show us the bedroom or at least choose a color that works with the counter and the floors that color on the walls does not work with the counter on my monitor

Show the bedroom , bathroom, all angles. You want paint for the bathroom? I'd free myself, and work with the flooring. I'd find a soft white remnant, or have a Corian, plain soft white counter top . This is easy for a 36" vanity.

Beige/Shaker isn't the answer with that granite. Yes to new mirror, new light.
