Need to replace our sliding patio door

last month

The old Anderson vinyl door date stamped 7/92 is starting to fail. Not the seal, but the 2 panes of glass in the moving panel are "bending in" about the center and looks like they are touching. Its in the Kitchen so when boiling water for pasta, steam condensates in an oval around the contact point of the glass.

I am in Southeastern Pennsylvania, Ag zone 7. We can have winter lows near zero and summer highs of 100 with high humidity.

The front of the house is facing south west, the kitchen is on the back looking north east.

I have 2 main concerns, the first is warmth in the winter since these are the larges panes of glass. There is no real solar gain in the winter for this side of the house.

The second is blocking as much UV light as possible. The current door did poorly at this letting the sun bleach a black chair pad to light gray and I now have a 2 tone teak kitchen table. During the summer from sunrise to about 11AM the sun comes in that door.

Who is making the best triple pane standard sized sliding door with 1 fixed panel? Is anyone successfully doing blinds between the panes?

I am open to any frame material. About a dozen years ago we bought 13 Okna vinyl windows that are still performing like new. They have a plant about 30 miles away. Though if some manufacturer is creating a stellar door I will gladly consider it. Thanks for any help!
