looks like a White Oak, I am guessing laminate.

There is no way to be certain but take the pic to a flooring place and they might be able to come close .

Don't impose stupid artificial deadlines on yourself. You can live a fairly long time just on a subfloor. And why you want a pink floor is beyond me, but a rift and quartered red oak with a white wash can give you that. Or an import beech floor. Because you don't find a lot of beech being done as floors.

We have white oak engineered wood floors and love them.

What room? What else is in the room? Why do you need to decide by today? The floor you pictured could be site finished wood, engineered wood, laminate or possibly a wood-look tile. No one knows, and even if they did, it probably won't look like the photo when you see it in person.

You don't select a floor in a vacuum--it needs to work with what else is in your room and in your house.
