How to repair broken damper handle on my fireplce

We recently moved into a condo and the handle on the damper is broken so we can not open/close it. Is this an expensive repair? Who do I call?

A chimney sweep business. They don't only clean chimneys they also do some repairs. Not a bad idea to get chimney inspected before you use it.

I agree with Izzy but you need to cal a FP store to fix the the damper . Is this a rental? If so the lamdlords job . If just bought call the seller .
