Please help ID this suckering rose?

It is non-remontant with fine "hairy" thorns, and it suckers profusely. I planted what was labeled Jacques Cartier 30+ years ago but my understanding is that Jacques is a repeat bloomer.Could it have been mislabeled, and perhaps Konign von Danemark? Any help is appreciated!
