Our "new" retaining wall

This is our "new" retaining wall to go with our soon to be built Averna (WA, Australia) home. It was built by Bradford Retaining (WA, Australia) & is our first retaining wall. Initially there were chipped edges & exposed cuttings - the problems were supposedly fixed. Is this what a brand new retaining wall looks like? Please advise! Thanks.
