I'm trying this - hope its clear enough when you enlarge it. I was surprised at how what seemed at first like a generous amount of space got quickly used up! Initially, I pictured your soaker tub being a great focal point as you walk into the bathroom, but as I sketched it out, I realized it couldn't take up that kind of real estate. So, here's my stab at it. I hope one of the builders sees your post and comes up with something better, though. I am good at space planning, but I'm not a builder!

The scribble at the front is where I started to sketch your bed, but realized it would be better on the opposite wall. It would feel a little more private since there would be a longer wall on that side. My measurements are a bit approximate, but I tried to allow for 6" studs wherever you would have a wall. You should consider doing pocket doors for the toilet closet, as well as the clothes closet. Actually, I think you could fit a swing door in the toilet area, but for the clothes closet, you will get more shelf space with a pocket door.

Now that I look at this drawing some more, it reminds me of a home we considered buying a few years ago, where the tub was aligned along the side with the shower next to it.. There was a frosted glass window above the tub, and I'm wondering if it would be possible to do that here. Alternatively, could you do a skylight above the tub area? Or even in the middle of the bathroom? Some natural light in a bathroom would be good, especially for doing makeup lol!

I think they want the seating by the window; otherwise very nice.

Don't forget, cabinet hardware, towel bars(etc) and fixtures usually match in finish. A lot of times clients pick fixtures and then have a hard time matching finish on the cabinet hardware and towel hardware. Also keep lead time factor in mind, , , hardware should be ordered FIRST!
