LG gas range oven not working

last month

LG Model LGLR5823D/00
SER# 012MMDKOT130
Hello,
I have a 5yr old LG gas oven throwing an F9 code.
My ohm reading for the ignitor was 107, (specs per LG is 45-400).
I confirmed I had 123v from the control board to the ignitor and through the ignitor to the safety valve ( 123v) but had no glow at all at ignitor.
I replaced the ignitor ( aftermarket 177 ohms), but same problem. 123v from control board, through ignitor and to safety valve. No glow at all.
I then checked amps. No amps to the ignitor, at the ignitor or to the safety valve.
Same F9 code
How can I be getting 123v through the ignitor with no amps?
(Amps were tested with two different meters. Fluke 304 clamp and Fluke T5-600)
I went ahead and have ordered an OEM ignitor ( MEE61841401) which I expect this week.
What else to check?
Thank you for any advice you may offer.
