Anytime a OP here starts by saying alist of things they will not change it ends the conversation failly quickly. The art is hung too high it is coastal ???? So what a new color of towels and a new ceiling light ????

To start, I would add shelves that match your flooring above your toilet. You can add coastal blue items to accessorize there. Pick the same color blue in towels. Get a larger piece of art for that wall that takes in all the colors of the room.

I’d head towards a softer, modern/elegant effect. Your ceiling looks high so suggest larger art (hung lower and something that is less generic). For lighting, take some time looking for ideas on Pinterest that resonate/achieve the look you are after.
