We have a house guest who, while we were gone for a few days, decided to bake some frozen pizza's in our CSO. And not clean it up afterwards. So a bit of baked on gook.

We have always cleaned our CSO after each use and after 6 years of daily use was spotless inside. Now it's stained and my wife is crying about it.

Best options for cleaning? Some older threads mentioned Miele DG clean, however the manual for ours doesn't mention this and says instead to use dish soap and hot water.

It also mentions using the Maintenance + Soak program. Though not clear when.

So clean with dish soap and hot water, then run maintenance + soak?
