window treatment advice please

I’m stumped on window treatments for the guest bedroom in this picture. I can’t do Roman shades which would have been my choice because the large window is 58” wide which I think becomes a challenge? At least where I have been searching. Is it possible to have a Roman shade that wide? If I go with curtains…how to configure? On the wall with two different width windows, do I configure so when they are closed from both sides, they meet in the middle (and not where the window frames meet along that wall)? How much room do I need in the corner where I would have panels to slide along each wall’s windows? What would you do with this configuration? Room windows face East so need good coverage for guests to sleep w/o being awakened by the sun. Thanks.

The first place I looked was Blinds.com and they offer Roman shades in widths from 24” up to 156”. You should check there.

I have used that company for fabric shades and have been happy with them.

We do roman shades that large with no issue.

If you want drapery panels it is also no issue with that window layout. Just treat it as one large window just as you would for the roman shades.

Do a corner rod; hand a panel on each end of the rod. Then install a black out drop shade.

Corner rods are generally used when windows meet in a corner leaving no space to mount a standard wall bracket equaling the inability to do a return on the drapery in that corner. It appears you have a good 10" or more on the corner side of your windows. Without a panel there that space isn't going to look right. You need drapery panels there.
