Has anyone got any information or pictures of this variety, which is currently in stock at RVR?

They claim it is a tea, but it's never looked like that to me. In the 12+ years they've offered it they've only had this here picture (which I'm only taking for illustrative purposes and I claim no ownersip of) and I think ayear or so back they added a second one, a closeup of a bud only starting to open.

I've always been intrigued by it but never wanted to take the plunge with so little info.

It looks pretty. If indeed a tea it's a cool tea, love the way it appears to be floribunda-y with the racemes of blooms.

There's a 10 year old thread here, but no updates at all since then and very few details.
