Can you mix Cabinet pulls/knobs with Faucet?

We recently painted our kitchen cabinets white. Old cabinets were bown - counter top/backsplash soft white with brown/gold"ish" veins - kitchen faucet is oil rubbed bronze. I am using the old rubbed bronze pulls/knobs I had before. Articles have said Oil rubbed bronze works well with white cabinets but not sure I really like them. I don't want to go too modern as the cabinets are from early 2,000's and are curved at top. What would blend well with the faucet (it's only 2 years old.) Any suggestions? Thank you.

I would not use knobs. w/those super tall cab doors, you need pulls to balance it out.

You could use a satin nickel if you prefer, but the ORB or even a matte black would also be nice

the good thing is you only have to make one more hole in the doors. (you want at least a 5"-7" finished handle (not hole to hole measurement)

    koofizo, 5"

for the drawers, find some that match the current hole dimensions you have. (this should have been done prior to painting, as I'm sure you know now)

Amazon has any of these. get the contractors pack

You could even do cup pulls on the drawers and handles on the doors.

I'd use a stain nickel finish, the ORB looks like dots of black everywhere.

nothing wrong with mixing with faucet. I too prefer pulls to knobs. easier to use.

If I go larger what do I do with those small cabinets over stove, refrigerator and the lowers? Thanks.

I have looked at brass too thinking of pulling in the veins of the countertop. Thanks.

antique brass is what I have in my kitchen with BM natural linen cabinetry adds warmth and richness. much nicer than black or nickel

I think knobs look best with your style cabinet. I'd get polished chrome. I love it in a kitchen for a little pop of shine.

I wouldn't get too literal about brass to match veining.

What is that little blanket like thing over the base of your faucet? I've never seen something like that before.

Thanks. It’s a terry pad that snaps around the faucet to catch drips/splashes. They are on Amazon.

You can do anything that you like and can afford - it’s your house! I’m with Beth on bigger pulls. They balance the tall cabinets.
I love mine but do be beware of any style that has protrusions , which can and will catch on clothing, which is the reason that I dislike knobs.

I cook too much to be constantly anno. I cook too much to be constantly annoyed by my pockets catching on the door in front of me!
