Find a Corian or another solid surface please. The seams are much more inconspicuous and will outperform any stone or estone over time. This isn't up for debate. Plus, you could have an integrated cove between the deck and wall, making cleaning easy, sanitary, and maintainence free.

As much as I dislike quartz for counters it work fine in this situation and any good stone place can help with the right choice .Any decent faricator can do the rest . I see not big issue with 4 seams and corian would be the one choice where the seams would be the least visible

Four inches is not really a "deck" for an under mount tub. Where is your plan for the bath? A tub at 66 x 32 inches is nothing more than an alcove with upgraded look, What will be the other two sides? Will it have a splash on the walls? Tile as floor? Same quartz? A more traditional painted panel look?

What quartz do you plan? What is the final look/feel of the bath?

@jan Moyer- an upgraded looking alcove tub is pretty much exactly what I want. The bath isn’t my primary concern but it is the first thing when you look into our room. So I do want it to look pretty but I won’t be taking a bath every night and don’t want it to take up tons of space.

We are undecided on most- but I’m thinking generally whites/ creams/ marble looking tile and quartz, with wood vanity etc. Wall would probably be tiled but depends what we do with the tub.

@jan Moyer your last photo you posted is one I have saved as inspiration.

It looks like you have a jetted tub. I hope the replacement will also be jetted; I know there are 32-inch jetted tubs nowadays. Our home came with a huge jetted tub and for the first 20 years that we lived here, we didn’t bathe in it one single time. I used to wonder, ”What am I cleaning this thing for? Let’s rip it out.” Then my husband had major surgery, and the only thing that gave him some relief without doping him up was whirlpool baths. We were so glad then that we had it, because the wait time to have one installed would have been weeks of pain.
