Dwarf Avocado (Little Cado) help!

I notice i have what looks like 2 trees growing out one. i need to make sure it is not the rootstock thats growing. one is about 2 feet tall and the other is about 8 feet tall and seems to be the one growing super fast! ive attached a photo if anyone can help me. the green branch is the super fast giant. the other seems like it isnt getting much energy. if i need to snip one let me know which please. Appreciate any help!
