Congrats on the new home! Do you already have a rug for the room yet or no?

Look for a neutral rug for the space because the beautiful fireplace wall is the focal point. Not sure how you’ll like the dark blue chairs with the black wall but the right rug and blue accent pillows on the sofa might work.
Assuming the TV will be mounted on the left wall, consider a wall mounted console below. Photo example below.

AI is not perfect but here is a concept I created for you. It's eclectic but I'm not sure I nailed it. I like the velvet drapes but they're too high.

Sorry tracefloyd but that is an AI fail. Ya can't put a couch infront of a slider! More importatn than colors will be size of your couch and chairs at this point,as pointed out the correct rug can bring it all together color wise but if things don't fit they don't fit. You need seating orientated to the TV....but you have to get out the doors. Do not mess with your marble wall by adding whatever that is in the picture above. Leave it clean. What is that window orientation? How much sun will be beaming through? I would not concern myself with the shape of tables until I get the major pieces arranged in a way that functions.

I agree with figuring out the set up of the seating and TV/console first before moving onto the rug/tables/decor.

What are the room dimensions? Do you have a floor plan with measurements you can share?

I envision a black tulip table for the dining table. Balance the black for each end of the space. And modern.
