Google len s says it is a chrome Atlas Homeware Emma towel bar. It's not quite as rounded as the base of this is. Have you tried to Google Lens it?

Thanks RNmomof2 - I did use Google Lens but not finding anything that's a good match. I see some Kingston Brass that's close but the stem is shorter. I guess I never realized how many MILLIONS of options are out there!

I missed the purchased at a recycle place. So it could be from Atlas and they just changed the profile somewhat. I am assuming no markings inside? I just looked for towel rings to match in DD's house. It was labeled inside , 15 year old house, Moen but not made in nickel. There are so many options.

I fixed her's with a can of spray paint over the bronze but that won't help you.
