a Neutral textured Sofa fabric would be great. The sofa style is a nice simple look.

A more dramatic area rug would tie it all together, especially since you have good natural light in the room.

Do you need that credenza under the mounted TV?

I like that rug, but I do need 15’w x 17’l and want non toxic wool, which I’ve been struggling to find.

The credenza is built in. There was no design plan for that sound bar, the men in the family forced it and the height of the tv. If I had my way there would be a painting there (it’s a frame type) 🤷🏼‍♀️

Correlate the sofa fabric with the color of the rug. Doesn't have to be as light but should be a beige/tan color IMO.

Are you getting a rug that will tie the Navy leather swivel chairs with the brown velvet chairs? The brown appears to have warm Red family) undertones. Your navy leather will need a warm vibe as well and not lean green. Of course I am only looking at this through my screen.
